I would love to deploy overleaf from portainer on my TrueNAS server.

Could you please add to documentation how one could deploy overleaf from a portainer setup?

Would really appreciate a complete and standalone docker-compose.yml with sharelatex, mongo and redis. All those shell scripts are a bit overwhelming. For now, I will set up a dedicated VM for this but running it just with Docker would be preferable.

I am planning to deploy this in unRAID server. A standalone docker-compose.yaml file could be really helpful.
