An error,can it be fixed? #1

hi!

I user jquery-1.4.2 + jquery-ui-1.8.5.custom + jVal.0.1.2 
in my aspx page 

I wanna show a editform in a modal dialog,so I use jquery-ui's modal dialog.
this dialog contains some input controls and use jVal to validate data.

the attach file show the error .
I do not know what to do to fix it ,your help would be appreciated
