Update bundled docs to MarkLogic 9.x #35

The function API docs are extracted from MarkLogic's documentation bundle. MarkLogic 9.0 has just been released. Need to re-run the extraction to use the latest docs.

Downloaded and extracted API doc for MarkLogic 9 from MatkLogic developer site. Extraction seems to have worked fine, no errors encountered. Added a little code to check for new apidoc: tags that might appear in new releases.

Updated source with updated function API XML.
