OS version: MacOS Ventura 13.5 on MacBook M1 Pro App version: 10.2.4.255298 Stable

All the media is blurred in a continuous state of being loaded:

I should add that on Telegram Lite the same media loads fine

the issues seems to be resolved with latest update
