Telegram quit unexpectedly since last beta update (10.3 256635) #1046

after last updating to beta(after click update button) telegram can't start again, application drops system error:

"Telegram quit unexpectedly." "Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple."
