Downloading Mp4s Create Telegram Cloud Document Files Instead of Mp4s. #1050

When you are looking at an mp4 video in Telegram for Mac OS and you hit the download arrow it says "Video Saved to Downloads" but it creates a file which is not an mp4.

For me the file was just called "telegram-cloud-document-1-5176915487086347080" and it opens as garbage text.

If I share the video to another messenger or download it using Telegram for Android then it downloads as an mp4 and works fine.

This bug is specific to Telegram for Mac OS.

I am using Telegram 10.3.256373 Stable on Mac OS 14.2

I face the same issue on the MacOS Telegram.
