Check the time the scheduled message appears.
Expected behaviour
The scheduled message appears on time.
Actual behaviour
The scheduled message appears 3-5 minutes late.
NOTE: There are a lot of scheduled messages in my Telegram channel, all of them are scheduled for 9.00am, you can see the time they appear.
Looks like the issue is reproducible on iOS/Android as well.
