On Telegram Android (official build), I have setup a folder "Communities" with all channels included along with some specific groups.
I have also excluded Archived chats. However, it seems the priority that TelegramSwift handles the Excludes/Includes is different from other apps.
In TelegramSwift, the specifically included groups do not appear at all in the folder. In fact, for this specific case, only non-archived channels are displayed. However, on Telegram Android and Telegram Desktop (TDesktop), the specifically included chats are included in the folder display.
From what it seems, the priority is excluded first for general categories, but included first for specific chats. With these settings, I should see non-archived channels AND my manually included chats.
Interestingly, the folder badge count shows the expected count from the chats that do not appear in the list.
The image is blurred for my privacy, but as you can see, there are no unread badges despite the folder header saying 7 unread chats.
