Interface is laggy (MBP 2015) #1144

I've got MBP 2015 with i7@2.8 and AMD GPU. Official telegram from App Store. Everything is laggy here: scrolling, opening images, even minimizing. It can be better if I switch from Intel Iris GPU to AMD one, but hey, laggy text messenger?

Got advice to disable HW Acceleration, but I can't find such option in TG from App Store.

Installed desktop version and found hw acceleration there. Tried to disable It, no good change. honestly it looks like desktop perform worse then App Store one
