Cached sticker packs don't update with new stickers #130

The following sticker pack claims to contain only 36 stickers in Telegram Swift, but appears to actually contain 56 stickers:

Are sticker packs subject to review and whitelisting in the App Store version?

This actually happens in non-appstore version too, and I actually had issues with THIS particular sticker pack.

Telegram MacOS seems to have larger cache invalidation issues.
