Missing Notifications Settings / Cloud Options Stuck #438

I noticed something missing in the Mac OS app. In iOS/Android I can change in detail notifications settings.

Private Chats / Messages
Groups
Channels

Mac OS

iOS

Android

Since these settings are "cloud" when I switch off the notifications for ALL channels they don't work anymore in the Desktop app either, but I'm not able to change them back without the mobile app.

Is this a bug or something that will be implemented in the future?
