Unexpected START Button #552

  1. User registered in Telegram Bot, welcome text has come
  2. Telegram Bot sent messange to user
  3. User open the dialog from Telegram Desktop (Mas OS version 7.2.3 (208484) Stable) Actual behaviour: The user sees a START button instead of an input field on desktop version, on mobile version everything is ok Expected behaviour: The user sees an input field and could relpy to the bot

Configuration Operating system: MacOS(possible on other platforms also)

Version of Telegram Desktop: version 7.2.3 (208484) Stable, 7.2.3 (208487) Stable

Telegram Desktop photo_2020-11-26_10-47-30

At the same time on Mobile version: photo_2020-11-26_10-47-35
