I've found a problem, also with the update 7.4.0, using videocalls on Telegram on macOS Big Sur 11.1 and MacBook Pro with M1 chip. Starting a videochat (or receiving one) the webcam starts working great and, after few seconds, the image stucks. Also disable and re-enable it shows the previous frame after the stuck.
After closing the videocall, green led stills on. It's necessary force the closing of Telegram and re-open it. I've tried also with an external webcam and the problem is the same.
Configuration Operating system: macOS Big Sur 11.1 MacBook Pro M1
Version of Telegram Desktop: 7.4
Used theme Night mode

I've tried downloading and replacing stable version with Telegram Beta version and the problem is still there. What version of macOS do you have?

I had 7.3 then downloading this file https://t.me/macos_stable_updates_files/82 and reinstalling Telegram (move the file to Applications and replace the old one). Video call has no issue now, just tested it again.
Yes, the 7.3 was from App Store.

Freeze of the image. Then, after closing the videocall the green light of the webcam stills powered on. Then if I try to exit from the app, I need to use force close to exit and then it crashes.

I got the same issue when I open Telegram not in full screen mode. I thought it was fixed on 7.4 LOL
