Asset Security Documentation #50

Since asset security is super important and a common topic of debate, we've collected some information about the current state of things (after https://github.com/overte-org/overte/pull/887 and https://github.com/overte-org/overte/pull/152 are merged) and some of the other strategies that have been proposed.

Discussion and feedback are encouraged, and I'm sure this will change over time as the platform evolves.

I'm gonna merge this since there were no complaints and the release with these changes is out but additional feedback is always welcome!
