Sync interface settings to metaverse server to keep settings consistent across multiple machines #256

Currently settings are stored locally so if you login on another machine you have to re-configure avatar etc.

Storing settings on the metaverse server on changes, and pulling when logging in would provide convenience to users.

This will especially become helpful with whitelisting web entity urls and future features where a user's experience can be customisable.

NB: There should be an option to Not pull settings from the metaverse server if a crash occurs

Some settings shouldn't be synchronized, such as audio and graphical settings
