It happened to me often recently. when I am in HMD, but in 3rd Person view, the laser beam stay On.
and it is sometime impossible to get rid of it.
I use that view to capture video of my avatar in action (in HMD)
(cause there is no other option, entity camera being unable to follow in high velocity)
the laser happen to stuck during this (sometime)
the laser beam are also difficult to acquire when we use the tablet in that mode.
