Revert "Disabled texture loading for agent" #892

This reverts commit a0aae43386dc8cf6ca4ea2ab6da141b4d691a5c8 to fix loading textures on avatars.

Reverting this will make Interface work correctly again and agent scripts will work correctly too, with only slightly higher memory consumption. We can look into adding it after the upcoming release.
