InspectJS is the script running whenever you hold "ALT" and click on an area to zoom in on. When using this script it is extremely easy to get stuck in the camera.

Replication

The easiest way to replicate is to spawn a Web entity and zoom into it using Inspect.js.

Other than the movement keys, clicking left or right mouse after ALT is released should probably also take you out of inspect mode.
