symbol's value as variable is void last-command-char #104

when i open the .rb file then type the "{}",the the error show that "symbol's value as variable is void last-command-char"

The fix is committed upstream in ruby-mode here: http://svn.ruby-lang.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi?view=revision&revision=40401

The submodule needs to be updated to at least that revision.

Also this is a dupe of #102 so the fix above will close both.
