Newer ruby-mode checkout #109

This updates ruby-mode from SVN checkout 40375 to 40823.

This will fix issues #102 and #104.

Not sure if you wanted the files copied into the live directory or not, if not I'll back them out for you and resubmit the pull request. :smiley:

I don't know if this patch is a merge candidate but boy I wish that it were...

Oops, not sure how my other changes have ended up in this pull request, was only supposed to be the ruby-mode update.

Hi,

if you can make this pull request only modify the dev packs (and not live) and also only modify ruby-mode I'd be happy to consider it.

I reserve modifications to the live packs as a way for me to make new releases.

I've just updated ruby-mode to svn checkout 41715. Hopefully this fixes the ruby issues. Thanks for the suggestion :-)
