Update bundled nrepl.el to 0.2.0 release #141

Looks like @bbatsov updated nrepl.el to the full 0.2.0 release. From the look of the changelog in the live pack lib directory, the currently bundled version is some kind of alpha release of 0.2.0 which doesn't have the auto-focus on error buffer feature.

Mind bumping the bundled version?

I'll bump it in the dev packs, but it won't get propogated to the live packs until the next release which will have to wait until I've ironed out all the smartparens issues.
