Update from nrepl.el to CIDER #145

As you guys know, the nrepl.el project was recently renamed to cider; not only that but the current version of nrepl.el provided by emacs-live is several months old and lacks some of the new stuff and fixes.

Is there any plan to update to CIDER anytime soon?
