First of all: Thanks for this great setup! It really makes the start for a beginner like me much easier and I like the modularity for adding my own packages.
Since I like to use the package system, I added support for it to use in my own packages. When a package is downloaded by the package system it is instantly compiled and a compile log window opens.
Most of the time there would appear the error 'End of file while parsing' and the compiling would stop unsuccessfull for this and all remaining packages. After some trial and error I found out that the error is fixed by removing buffer size fixing line in your popwin-conf.
