I'm wondering that README screenshots color effect which has neon color effect. I'm curious how to archive same effect. Please tell me. Thanks.

I would call the effect in the screenshots a "bloom effect".

Please, please tell me that this was done in emacs, rather than as post processing.

EDIT: s/bloom filter/bloom effect/ ... A bloom filter is something else. :)
