Moved git libs from power-pack to git-pack #235

Git related submodules/libraries were spread between power-pack and git-pack.

The following submodules and necessary config were moved from power-pack to git-pack

pcache
gh
gist
emacs-git-gutter

When I was doing some work with gist this winter, I noticed the git related submodules were spread around. I thought I'd submit this PR before submitting any other PRs for Git related stuff.

If you'd rather just leave things where they are, just close this.

I previously closed this because I thought I made a mistake (was getting an init error from Emacs). Turns out the mistake was not from this PR but from elsewhere in my emacs config.

@samaaron Sorry for the noise with this PR; instead of fixing up the conflict I just closed it. If you are interested in this reorganization let me know and I can fix it up.
