Disable bad nrepl-connected-hook #241

Since live-nrepl-set-print-length is disabled (and nrepl-send-string-sync isn't defined anyway), you need to comment out the nrepl-connected-hook.

Thanks! Although in the future could commits be within the dev folder only?

Sure. We only pull master so a PR against dev doesn't help us much when there's a bug in the stable packs. Great to see so much activity on Emacs Live lately!
