All GameType STUD instances are null #15

Test file: files/Win_SPWin_RDEV_LenUS_EExt/0C0/000000000037.0C0 instances: [None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None] (None because Python)

Easy reproduce: OverTool.exe {dir} E, only outputs keyname errors, because all instances are null
