Copyright notices don't need updating. Listing the first year is enough and oftentimes already optional.

Besides what is and isn't necessary, the changes in this PR are wrong at a legal level since they don't update the range of years during which the Copyright invalid, they override it entirely which is equivalent to stating Blizzard did not own rights on the claimed assets until 2023.

@yretenai This should be closed and also Blizzard had rights on OW since 2016 at the earliest and OW2 since it was announced in 2019 so something should be done about it, removing the year entirely is valid at least in the US and EU.
