Setup a J-Browse Proof of Concept on Local

Setup a running instance of J-Browse on local machine to test how we can pass in dynamic URLs (from local filepaths since no Score instance) instead of the hardcoded URLs in the included example configuration files.

Additional Tasks:

• [x] Verify you can select files and reload the viz
• [x] Verify what other controls we can configure in the tool (e.g. # of lines to show in the tracks)
• [x] Verify that our wrapper around J-Browse can accept React Props for config variables, etc.

Expected Outcome:

A Wiki page documenting our findings and the next steps towards actually implementing the wrapper
