Add J-Browse to Page and Hook Up to Song/Score

Add the actual J-Browse component to the DMS-UI web page then hook it up in the backend to Song/Score

This entails:

• [x] Investigate how to include J-Browse in the page (e.g. NPM library like UI Kit? Other option? etc)
• [x] Add mechanism to supply list of selected file IDs to send to Song/Score to retrieve fetch URL
• [x] Use the fetch URL as an input to J-Browse itself to render the resulting viz
• [x] For MVP, ensure default view is reference genome, NOT the tracks (post-MVP we will have a ticket to investigate a "middle ground" view that might be able to show the genome and some tracks)

Notes:

• Speak to Jon on best practice for integrating new components into DMS

Blocked because Song/Score API in EUCANCan VM needs CORS enabled --> Will allow cross origin scripting, allowing us to make request to Song/Score from domain other than portal.eucancan.org

Check with DevOps to change
