Hide & disable Facebook config #100

Hide & disable Facebook login from the UI for now, until we can resolve ego#555.

We are still able to support the 4 other providers, and among scientific & research community, Facebook may not be a very popular or frequently used login provider for the portals.

Tested in 0.16.0, Facebook successfully removed/hidden
