Add inprogress message when running some commands

• when running dms for the first time , it seems like it hangs, but infact it is downloading docker images that it uses under the hood to start the script. Depending on network speed and conmnection type, the download of dependent docker images (such as the dms-version-helper) can take several seconds. Without a message, the user might think the dms command is broken or hanging

Add status messages when downloading is started, and completed
