Objective

Create the service deployment of Maestro, and deploy it

Outcome

Should be able to configure Maestro and deploy it locally.

Do not need Kafka event listening for MVP, on-command indexing is sufficient for now
Backlog ticket to implement Kafka in future if we want

As discussed in planning, we will close each component's implementation ticket and create separate tickets to log bugs in testing, to avoid carrying the implementation ticket continuously through each sprint.

Maestro component has been code reviewed and sanity tested - Script downloads the image, questions & inputs are in the script, and deploy command attempts to deploy the service.
