Overture Docs Rollout

These are the order steps to complete the Overture Docs content update

1. Conductor Update

[x] Update Overture.bio for Conductor
[x] Change Composer repo > Conductor
[x] Merge Conductor V2

2. Close out all submodule PRs

[ ] Stage In review, setup section left (@justincorrigible)
[x] Song Ready for review (@joneubank )
[x] Score Ready for review (@joneubank)
[x] Maestro Ready for review (@joneubank)
[ ] .github In review (@justincorrigible)
[x] Lyric Ready to close
[x] Lectern Ready to close
[x] Arranger Ready to close

3. Video Updates

[ ] Onboarding Video
[ ] Demo Intro Video
[ ] Overture Intro Video

a. Overture Docs

[x] Readme update
[x] Clean up discussion section
[x] Configure Netlify
[x] Update Funding Page
[ ] Update submodules to main/develop branches
[ ] Swagger Component Styling in dark mode
[ ] Update Conductor, Support/Community and cross references to URLS
[ ] Get Domain and update DNS
[ ] Set up algolia search

b. Overture.bio Updates

[x] Update NavBars & all links to the old documentation pages
[x] Replace slack + mentions with github discussions
[x] Update the getting started page
[ ] Merge bridgeWebsite branch

[!NOTE] The Overture.bio site update will be the last thing to merge and deploy
