Adds Iobio Charts @ 0.10.0 and implements basic PercentChartBox / Histogram / Data Broker components
Updates to demo app page layout
Remove babel config + some CRA boilerplate
Base TS module set up

Discussed over Slack: will address feedback in https://github.com/overture-stack/iobio-components/pull/21 rather than dismiss approval

Next PR focuses on React/Typescript set up, changes in this branch are placeholders JSX / Classname syntax will be improved as well
