Design Overture Backend for IOBIO Integration

Design the Overture backend for IOBIO integration

• [x] Research IOBIO server and develop technical design for the Overture integration
  • [x] Research Overture components (e.g. Elastic, Song, Score, etc) to determine their needs to support the IOBIO server
• [x] Initialize and configure local instance of IOBIO Server on Overture
• [ ] Develop technical design for Elasticsearch indexing process
  • [ ] Specifically, pay close mind to Gene indexing and filtering, since he have not done that in Stage before
  • [ ] Implement Overture code changes that ally to this requirement (could span multiple components --> Specifically Arranger & Stage)
