Move Ego-ui CI/CD to jenkins

Currently, all the CI/CD is done in circle CI. We should deprecate that and use the same CI/CD process used with other repos (jenkins)

@yalturmes do you know if Ego-UI CI/CD was ever moved off Circle CI to Jenkins? I'm guessing not and this is still open. Just want to check, thanks!
