BUG: score-client shows incorrect date in version, incorrect contact

Description

score-client version shows incorrect date, see below. According to here: https://github.com/overture-stack/score/releases/tag/5.1.0, 5.1.0 was release Aug 25, 2020, not 2016.
additionally, the contact information needs to be updated to the overture.bio contact page: https://www.overture.bio/contact/

score-client --version

  Built:   11.03.2016 @ 11:23:08 EST
  Contact: dcc-support@icgc.org

shows very old date. Also tried with score-client 5.0.0, it shows the same old date.
contact still shows dcc-support@icgc.org

point to overture.bio contact page, slack org, or github org please instead of dcc email!

Need to investigate how to the built date is grabbed
