The score-client package is currently listed in this repo as living in the retired ICGC-DCC Artifactory. Instructions for install and the score-client docker build instructions rely on this artifact. This hosting is no longer available to Overture. All produced maven packages or JARs need to be moved into the overture-stack Github organization's packages.
