Bonus goodies also added:

type checking in Nextjs dev server
absolute internal imports (i.e. to get rid of the nasty ../../../../ pattern)

Pardon the noise. I Had to make some updates to resolve conflicts with develop. Also, I'll merge this PR once there's a corresponding Arranger3 server in Overture QA/Staging.
