In this PR

Removed configuration and authentication pages (redundant info) and updated Admin-ui/index.md accordingly
Updated Prerequisite page and added a PostgreSQL egoDb docker quickstart with optional pgAdmin setup
Updated installation page ENV example (based off setup blockers found last week)
Added descriptive table for variables within the env
Docker run commands now include --name and -d designations
Various minor formatting updates
