[Fixes] - Minor documentation & icon fixes

This PR includes the following updates:

• Removed vestigial stage configuration page
• Updated icons that get displayed with Google searches
• Fixed dead JSON Schema guide link

[!NOTE] I tried fixing the YAML code block found here however no luck it seems to always render out in this odd fashion
