Find release dates for 2020 #33

We need, preferably three, Overture release dates for 2020. @pglvdm please post the dates here and then I will go ahead and add the corresponding milestones in the tool repository.

Okay we've settled on Jan 15, May 15 and Oct 15. The corresponding milestones have been created in the tool repository. I'm fine with changing the dates if people don't like them.
