automatic version of visual lost #1

It seems that the recreated sln doesn't contain the few bytes that 
automatically select the right version of visual studio, I'm not sure how it 
works exactly, but it seems to be at the start of the file.
When double click on the new sln it doesn't launch visual (the icon is not 
right also, the icon should show the matching version of visual)

The first line in *.sln file should be empty.
Then the version of VS will be determined on the second line. Example:
"

Microsoft Visual Studio Solution File, Format Version 10.00
...
"
