Create Basic CMS with CRUD Features to Allow Play Properly with Yupi Emulator #151

This Epic Issue is about the creation of a CMS (Content Management System) for Yupi Emulator with the following characteristics:

  1. Made from Scratch
  2. Really tiny
  3. OOP + MVC
  4. Fully Documented
  5. NEED BE REALLY TINY/FAST
  6. Using Bootrstrap or ZURB's Foundation
  7. Login/Register/Edit User Data/Home/News/Client/Staff Page
  8. Tiny HK with the capabilities of:
    1. Login
    2. Edit User
    3. Design like HoloCMS Housekeeping or like this (click here)
    4. Edit/Delete/Create New
    5. Edit Client/CMS Settings (Maintenance or Not, Title, Description & Logo)
  9. Independent Database
  10. Language System
  11. Maintenance Page

All related stuff can be discussed here.

Sorry that I'm responsing so late. I started with an CMS w/ Laravel as framework.

Observation.: The CMS will not communicate with Database ONLY with the REST module
