ENet is a popular reliable UDP networking library. Full protocol source code: https://github.com/lsalzman/enet

ENet is susceptible to a few issues, especially with spoofing attacks, which OVH could potentially resolve on their infrastructure.

It should be easy for the engineers at OVH to understand the protocol and implement it in their backend to help mitigate some of these attacks.

By the way, if this awakens any commercial interest to prioritize this, FiveM uses the ENet library :)
