As someone buying a VPS, I want to be able to configure the RAM & Storage so that it will fit directly to my needs.

Today situation, customer can buy a VPS with a preconfigured RAM & Storage. Tomorrow he will be able to choose the exactly RAM & Storage during the order rather than order the VPS then configure/upgrade it in the Manager in a second step.
