Migration Manager SYS & KS #212

As an old Eco Customer, I want to have the same manager as a new BM customer so that I can manager my service in the same way.

To do this migration, we need to migrate the SYS & KS account to an OVH account. We can't do automatically the migration because both account are not equivalent and some informations in SYS & KS account are missing to do the migration well. We will need to propose to the customers a tool that will help him to migrate the account with the service into an ovh account.
