Fix filter arrow in datagrid staying in the same place when scrolling horizontally

Description of the Change

reverting https://github.com/ovh/ovh-ui-kit/pull/823

Benefits

Possible Drawbacks

The datagrid helper tooltip cross can be display on the top left of the tooltip instead of the top right to be fix in another ticket
