Control Plane IP restrictions #6

As a OVHcloud HPC powered by Anthos customer I want to authorize a list of IPs to access my Anthos and NetApp control plane so that I can meet security targets or certifications

Note : Network policies can be applied to Kubernetes clusters though Anthos service mesh at workload/data plane level
